Driving Tours
A Driving Tour is a relaxing drive to an interesting destination… usually with a stirring view of a Porsche in front and behind.
Tours can be around the Phoenix area or farther destinations around the state and beyond. Our drives typically include interesting scenery and feature great Porsche driving roads. Driving Tours are non-competitive events meant to enjoy your car in the company of other Porsche owners sharing an interesting experience.
Weekend drives typically start around 8-9 am and end in mid- to late-afternoon. Destinations have included Bartlett Lake, Fountain Hills, Wickenburg, Payson, Old Town Cottonwood, Sedona, and Tortilla Flat, to name a few.
The Arizona Region also hosts extended Tours to beautiful destinations in Arizona and around the Southwest. These trips are typically two- or three-day events and destinations have included Flagstaff, Alpine, Bisbee, Las Vegas, Southern California, Albuquerque (balloons!), Santa Fe, Durango, CO, and Moab, UT.
Now that Porsche makes off-road machines, the Driving Tours program includes off-road trips. Here’s a description of those.
PARTICIPANT RULES, GUIDELINES, AND EXPECTATIONS
AZPCA Driving Tours follow all rules and guidelines specified by PCA for running such events. Please read our Driving Tour Participant Rules, Guidelines, and Expectations document for a detailed description of what participants should expect, and what is expected of them, on driving tours hosted by AZPCA.
