This wonderful Reuter bodied car has been owned by the second owner for 58 years. It had a total ground up, every nut and bolt comprehensive restoration in 2012 and won first place in its restoration 356 class at the 2012 annual Porsche Parade in Salt Lake, City. The body was taken down to bare metal, all metal was used in all repairs and refurbishment. Paint and Body was done by Rillo’s Restorations of Kent, WA, complete new interior by Steve Shepp of Seattle and engine, transmission, clutch, brakes, struts and all mechanical performed by Jack Morris of Seattle. It is an all original, numbers matching restoration. It had all components off, rotisserie restoration on the body, complete new, period correct interior, carpets and floor mats, overhauled engine and transmission, brakes and all mechanicals. It also has all new chrome and refurbished insignia and emblems. Porsche factory Certificate of Authenticity, original bill of sale and all restoration costs of over $120K documentation is available. It has a period wood steering wheel, a period correct tool kit and includes the original Mesko air pressure gauge and leather pouch and even an original extra spark plug which was originally provided. It has a Drivers Manual. Since restoration it has been driven a total of 1200 miles on sunny days, always garaged and covered and kept in pristine condition. After 58 years it is waiting to go to a new home to an owner who will appreciate and enjoy this special car.
