PHOENIX FLIGHT 40 REGISTRIATION IS OPEN

The Arizona Region of the Porsche Club of America invites you to participate in our 40th Annual Concours and Car Show scheduled for October 27th-28th.

Phoenix Flight is a Zone 8 Concours presented by the Arizona Region of the Porsche Club of America, and is AZPCA's largest local event of the year.

Mark your calendars and start cleaning your Porsche!

Please read the following important information to guide you through your registration process. We have changed the Motorsportsreg system and think it will be a simpler process, but you need to read the instructions carefully as you register.

You do not have to enter the Concours to attend the Friday reception or the Saturday Awards Luncheon. You may register for these activities separately. Every Concours entrant will receive a commemorative T-Shirt. Additional commemorative Flight 40 T-Shirts and Polo shirts can be purchased when you are registering.  **Important** Please review the shirt sizing charts during registration so you order the correct sizes. We cannot guarantee exchanges. Please be sure you order the correct sizes!

Friday, October 27, there will be a reception poolside at the McCormick Scottsdale Resort at 7401 N. Scottsdale Road. The 4-hour reception will begin at 6 pm with a poolside buffet. That evening we will hold a silent auction for this year’s charity “Guide Dogs for the Blind”  (https://www.guidedogs.com/) so please bring an open wallet for a great cause! Click here for the letter from the club you can give to potential donors requesting donations for the Silent Auction.

IMPORTANT: When you register your car for the Concours, you will automatically be registered for the Friday reception.  If you wish to bring a guest, you will have the opportunity to do so during registration. DO NOT include yourself in the count for the guest registration.

If you wish to come to the reception without entering a car, and you are most welcome to do that, DO INCLUDE yourself in the count.

Saturday, October 28, the Concours will be held on the Streets of Scottsdale! The venue is The Scottsdale Waterfront, N. Marshall Way near the Fashion Square mall at Camelback Road.
